Infrastructure:
We have adequate development center that hosts all the team members in an extremely work-friendly environment that has sufficient amount of diffused lighting to avoid glare and strain, has effective temperature control systems installed and are equipped with ergonomically designed work desks. All of this produces a very comfortable work environment for all the members, thereby improving productivity.
Machines
The setup is equipped with requisite number of servers which host the various web & application servers that are used to simulate production environments of the various CTI platforms. The setup also houses the necessary infrastructure for the PCI DSS certified payment IVR system.
The workstations are all Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo based systems, with memory in excess of 1GB as required to develop the solutions. The monitors are a comfortable 19” in size.
Security
The premise has appropriate 24 hour security and access to designated sections of the premises are controlled through access-validation equipment installed at vantage points within the premise and the entire premise is under CCTV surveillance
Power
The setup is equipped with a 12kVa online UPS system, which provides required backup in cases of sudden power outages. A backup gen-set is also in place to take care of long power outage situations. Hence ensuring minimum down time caused due to power failures.
Network
The setup is equipped with a dedicated leased line for Internet connectivity. Internally the networking is CAT6 cabled with 100Mbps switches. An alternate wireless LAN is also in place as a backup facility for the network.

Infrastructure:
We have a total of 7000sqft state-of-the-art software facility in IDCO Towers, Bhubaneswar. We are also operating out of our 2nd office in Orissa situated at Berhampur. As of now the Berhampur setup is exclusively used for training purposes. The details provided below is for the Bhubaneswar office where the software development facility is housed. Other than this we have our office and software development unit in Bangalore.
Machines
We have requisite number of high end Windows and Linux workstations, with Pentium HT processors and 1GB memory and HP Servers. We can scale our resources very fast depending on the hardware and software requirements of the project.
LAN
The setup has 2 different LANs, one consisting of 80 ports with 4 switches and the other one with 40 ports and 2 switches. All the switches are of 100 Mbps speed.
Facilities
The building is equipped with 24 hours lift facilities for easy movement to our 4th and 10th floor setups. The building has adequate and proper parking facilities.
Security
The premises has 24 hour security cover provided by the state and there is a dedicated and separate security manpower utilized by our organization for imposing applicable entry and exit restrictions.
Power
The building is equipped with diesel gensets for provision of full power backup, in case of any power outage. There is a 5kVa independent and soundless genset exclusively for use by our software development unit. The machines are all running on UPS systems. These measures effectively ensure minimum downtime due to power failures.
Internet
The setup is equipped with an Internet Leased Line (ILL) from Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd.. The downtime of this connection is negligible, as the VSNL supply station happens to be sharing the same wall with our software development facility! The setup has 2 connections of 256Mbps and 512 Mbps through DSL / cable modems which are used as backups and also to service the rest of the facility for training activities.
The ILL is for the exclusive use of the development facility.
