This page contains details on some of the speech based IVR call flows that have been designed, developed and deployed by us. For each demo, there is an introduction, with an outline of the call flow, so that you will know what to expect and the number* to dial for that demo. These systems being based on speech recognition, please don’t use your phones on speaker mode, as the resulting echo, might interfere with the proper functioning of the IVR.
• Air ticketing system
• Catalog based book sales
• IVR based bus ticketing system
These call flows require the progression of the call into a payment IVR for payment processing. In live setups this is the LAKSHYA’s PayLink Payment IVR system to which the call is transferred from the speech IVR. But in these demo setups, even though the necessary announcement for payment IVR transfer are made, but the call will not actually connect and the caller will not be able to traverse through the payment processing owing to compliance requirements.

Catalog based book sales system :
Introduction – this IVR call flow is designed to help the caller to buy a book over a catalog based self service system. The system is designed for a book store chain. The service is ideal for the user who knows what he wants to buy, instead of “browsing”. Once the purchase details have been provided by the caller and confirmed when asked for, the call will progress for payment through LAKSHYA’s PayLink payment IVR system.
The system works on the basis of Registered Mobile Number (RMN), which gets registered either on web portal as a previous process or it can be registered over a call which lands with the company’s helpdesk (not a call centre). The basic idea of doing a pre-registration is to collect the name and address details.
All the responses are backed with a Yes / No confirmation prompt. The call flow below outlines the critical steps in the process only.
