Campaign Dialing

LAKSHYA has setup automated dialer platforms which are used for call blasting campaigns for most of the mobile operators in India across the operating circles. Call blasting is a relatively newer campaign mechanism but is today the most extensively used method by most telecom operators, retail chains and business houses.

In this method the customer procures and provides a database of customer profiles, containing their cell numbers and also provides a pre-recorded voice message. The basic functionality involves dialing the given numbers, once the call is recieved, the pre-recorded voice message is played back to the called party. Once the message is over, the call is disconnected. In some implementations, the message is folowed by a question prompting some input from the user, once that input is recieved further processing of the call can be done.

We can provide such call blasting (also known as OBD - outbound dialing) services to business houses, organisations who are willing to run a campaign by calling up numbers and playing a voice message.

Some of the key highlights are -

  • Our system is in compliance of telemarketing rules as prevalent in India and has a DNC/DND filtering facility which can ensure that DND/DNC numbers as provided by the client (running the campaign) are not dialed.
  • Numbers as provided by the client can be batch uploaded into our system, either by the client through remote access or we can do it as a service.
  • Configurable retry mechanisms allows client to fix number of retry attempts, how long will attempts be made, once the attempts are exhausted an SMS can be shot to the number with the same message.
  • DTMF (Keypad) inputs from the called party can be accepted for any prompt that the campaign might require
  • SMSes based on DTMF responses can be pushed to the called party
  • Comprehensive MIS with realtime access to transactions and data over a Web service, which will help the client to plan & decide on campaigns modes
  • Campaigns can be scheduled for auto-execution on specific events, anniversaries, etc

The success of campaign dialing (OBD) lies in the fundamental fact that it is a voice message. Hence all qualities of voice, emotions, stress, manipulations as can be done on a voice message can be passed on to the recepient. This is the ultimate form of advertising or communicating. Plus its an automated process which once started will run without any manual intervention.
