The VAS delivery platform is a service provisioning platform, can also be referred to as a service delivery platform. The service in question here are the value added services that are being offered by mobile operators to their subscribers in the form of ringtones, CRBTS, SMS based services like - astrology, news, sports updates, weather updates, travel information. These services are delivered on the basis of the subscription status of the consumer - whether he / she is subscribed or has paid for the service, has the necessary amount of balance to activate the service.
